GAO has a wide range of volunteer opportunities toward which you may enjoy giving some time. If you have administrative or technical skills, like advertising/publicity, accounting, internet, public speaking, etc., GAO would appreciate your participation. You may prefer to assist with the adoption trailer at a public event where we showcase animals for adoption. If you enjoy hands-on involvement with the animals, The Georgetown Animal Shelter partners with Petsmart to display animals available for adoption. You may enjoy spending an hour or so being at PetSmart to help customers select and adopt an animal. Phone or e-mail GAO to let us know what you would like to do and how you may help the animals. |

the Georgetown Animal Shelter, there are numerous opportunities
for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, call the
Shelter (512) 930-3592 to learn more. You can volunteer
at whatever level you wish, giving whatever time you have
available, whenever you can, and doing the type of tasks
you enjoy. |
